We have had a very good start to our stay here at Oxenwood.

The weather has been kind to us and we have ‘walked our socks off’ J

We have learned about fossils, quartz & sea sponges as we walked our way up to

Fosbury Hill Fort.

Once here we learned about Roman Legions and Emperors who fought

the Celts of Old England, how they built their very straight roads and the origin of

‘Pot Holes’

We are well fed, watered and showered and now settling down for a movie night.

We should all sleep very well tonight!
