On Wednesday the 5th and Thursday the 6th of July, we were lucky to be joined by 2 muggles who have been trained to play the wizarding sport of Quidditch! During an early assembly, the house captains of our normal house groups (Ash, Beech, Elm and Willow) were brought forward to the Sorting Hat, who put them into the Hogwarts Houses, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. Each class had a session with the muggles where they learnt to play the game, looking at the rules and positions. The houses gained points and after all the classes had had their session, the points were collected and added together to get a winner. The winner of the Clarendon/Hogwarts House Cup was Slytherin (or Ash!!) Well done to everyone who took part!
